By creating an account or using CeasarsBag ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What CeasarsBag Is

CeasarsBag is a personal portfolio tracking tool that lets you log cryptocurrency transactions and monitor their value over time. It is a record-keeping aid only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, or connect to any exchange on your behalf.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All portfolio values and P&L figures are estimates based on market data and the transactions you enter. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Service Provided "As Is" — No Warranty

CeasarsBag is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Service is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, inaccuracies, or periods of unavailability. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Displayed prices, portfolio values, and P&L figures may be incorrect or delayed.
• Data may occasionally be lost, corrupted, or out of sync across devices.
• Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

You use the Service at your own risk. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CeasarsBag and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from errors in price data, incorrect P&L calculations, data loss, or decisions made based on information displayed by the Service.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
